Although my plants have been sorely neglected for the past year plus, they are enduring the abuse. I spent a couple of hours with them in the greenhouse today. Watering, trimming and rearranging. I'm delighted to find a few blooms
The Hyacinth that Ms Nancy shared surprised me with blooms. They are tiny but oh, so fragrant. I had potted them up till I get beds done. The bloom is different from a normal Hyacinth. Not sure of the ID.
I started seed for a fragrant petunia today as well as more Papalo and St Annes Slow Bolt. I was suprised to see the Little Gem lettuce had a fast & excellent germination.
It would appear springtime is right around the corner. The Brown Turkey fig is leafing out. The Narcissus have been in full bloom.
The Daffodils in the pet cemetery are in full bloom but those in the flower bed haven't developed bloom stalks yet.
Another delightful day with an eye toward Springtime...
