<p>I sent J&P an e-mail to complain about the roses they delivered to me, and they responded right away with an offer of replacements or a merchandise credit.  I asked for replacements.  I really don't want a credit for any J&P merchandise.  Today they contacted me to say that they can only replace two of the roses:  Raspberry Swirl and Tropical Sun.  They have refunded $30.83 to my credit card for the other three roses, which are sold out.</p>
<p>It isn't a perfect solution, but I do appreciate their quick response and prompt action to resolve the matter, and I especially appreciate the refund instead of a merchandise credit.</p>
