<p>We went to the lake yesterday. I am not certain if I got sunburned or heat burned...even with sunscreen (spf 30 with zinc oxide) Either way, my skin hurts and is red. I have not been this red since I was 15 and layed out in the sun for 7 hours...I was watching the boys ;o)</p>
<p>I have already watered for the morning and I will have to water again around sunset, otherwise, I am staying indoors today!</p>
