Hi, I've been looking everywhere for help trying to find out what happened to my watermelon. It's my first time trying to grow one and these scratch type things showed up in the 2nd week of growth? If anyone knows what could have caused this it would be really helpful!   |

| In the first photo, is that a black beetle sitting on the melon? Are the brown marks oozing something... foamy? sticky? Did the brown marks show up at the same time that the weather turned up the heat? |
