I went to visit a local open Garden today and was totally blown away! Such beautiful planting schemes and some absolutely stunning plants. The bees were having the time of their lives. It put my rather parched garden to shame.
We visited Sarah Raven's Peach Hill to have a look at her cutting gardens. Loads of dahlias!
Back at the beginning of June it was a bit of a last minute decision to visit Holford Manor in Chailey, and most definitely the best decision. It was just bliss! And the iris fields…
I'm lucky to live only 10 minutes away from Hyde Hall, however I've not been since before COVID hit. I have a lovely wander. It's been so hot and dry here in Essex so the dry garden there is in its element!
The rest of the garden has had some help from a watering system and is looking a little greener.
