Your gardens look so lush and look as though they are doing very well.

I have never grown tobasco peppers but your plant sure doesn't look like pepper blooms to me. It appears to be a Four O Clock. Do the blooms open in the late afternoon and are they fragrant by any chance? https://www.google.com/search?...:
