I applaud you for following through with your dandelion experiment. Hurray! Thumbs up

I've never tried the dried leaves as tea. I do like them fresh added to soups but I tend to like slightly bitter foods. (Arugula is one of my favorites!)

Next time you should try roasting the roots. It gives them a more nutty flavor that makes a wonderful tea, I think. Smiling
