This is not Aloe harlana, which has smooth, glossy leaves without the raised surface texture. Compare to the other images under this entry. I don't recognize the hybrid, and would suggest moving this image to the genus entry for Aloe unless/until someone else does.

This looks to me like one of the complex 'tabletop' hybrids sold by altmans and others. Correct IDs are somewhat of a guessing game as colours can vary wildly with exposure which can make positive IDing a bit of a nightmare.

If i had to throw a guess at his one now, I would say the leaf markings have clusters of raised bumps with clear gaps in places. This is characteristic of of a KG hybrid called aloe 'sidewinder' . Here are the gaps i am talking about (red circles)

The gaps seem somewhat variable to me though, here is one with very clear gaps

and a couple where the gaps are less clear

If the plant develops the orangey edge and bump colours under stronger light , i would be far more confident.
Stronger light may help the ID anyway, as the stress colours are what is sometimes used to distinguish between bumpy hybrid cv's .

I always have lots of plants with IDs that are my best guess Smiling . Sometimes i change my mind, sometimes the plant is just a hybrid that has not been given a name. You have go with the flow, stay relaxed about it and enjoy the plants.
A nice looking plant anyway whatever is parentage Thumbs up
