I think Powder Blue and Blue Boy are my two favorite blues. They're doing very well this spring.

Siberian Tiger has been a pretty good grower, Mine gets some sun but from what I read it is mentioned more sun gives better color. In the Hosta Library they are now saying it is renamed Amime Tachi.

Bob, it's the other way around. It was 'Amime Tachi' before somebody -probably in the Netherlands- decided to 're-launch' it under a more 'exciting name'. Same thing happened with 'Stirfry' becoming available as 'Purple Sensation'...
Cheers,
Pieter

I know but used their wording I guess they should have called it Amime Tachi renamed. I had read before that it got the new name because they were not sure if it was Mito-no-hana or Amime Tachi when someone in the Netherlands was able to TC it. I take it that all other attempts at doing this before on the 2 had failed.

Bob, must admit I had not looked at the HL page, and you're right, the way it's written/phrased can be interpreted 2 ways. Oh well....

What I like about June is just a few feet away it can look like a different plant , plus changes color through out the season.

Bob, Siberian Tiger and Zebra have both emerged. Zebra has increased a bit. Siberian Tiger had been chewed to the ground by rabbits last year. I believe they are both the same plant. Timr Traveler has emerged. I suspect it has reverted. I will have to see if the color improves. It is a single growth, but much larger than it was.
