Ljubac, Croatia - pronounced you-baa-tch. Go there if you can - it is a tiny village, right on the Adriatic. It is like stepping back in time. Tourism has not taken over there yet - Roman ruins, ferry trips, island hopping. Most people also speak English there. And the prices are great also.
