This was another tubular petalled indoor specimen.

It is nice when the petals have good "backside" color. The backside of regular petals is the entire outside of tubular petals, so the backside color is much more important with tubular petals. I think all zinnias, tubular or "regular," would look better if the backside of their petals were a good white or ivory instead of the usual greenish "no-color". Or it would be an improvement if the backside color were the same as the front side. Zinnias have a lot of room for improvement. Thumbs up
