Sandybaham, good question. I still don't know yet. I have a tiny garden. But I like to stretch things to the limit. Lol.
I have been remove plants that don't do well or I don't like it anymore. I'm planning to plant them in my two front yards and around the perimeter of my wall. Originally I was hoping to grow something to cover the wall. I did get carried away, especially with the J&P order. I suspect some roses will die under my care and some I will not like them. So I suspect the 75 plants will come down to 60 somehow. Some of these roses are not big either.

I had an order from Palatine and one from Regan's. I canceled both orders. I've taken a good hard look at my garden and decided to get some duplicates of some of my favorites.
From K&M Nursery;
2 Ring of Fire
1 Hot Prince
1 Liz's Charm (new)
From Wisconsin Roses;
3 Robert Bruce (new)
It's a rose!!! It has nothing to do with life and death.

Its a bit early for me but and depends a bit on if viable seed set on existing roses.

Something likely to get seed out of Golden Cheronese:
Rosa Ecae
Rosa Hugonis
Cantabrigiensis

Rosa Setipoda if Wintoniensis fails to produce seed or pollen isnt viable.

Marie Pavie if nothing out of the roughly 200 seedlings from Angel Wings seed strain come out thornless and fragrant (looking for a smaller diploid, Baby Faurax has produced mostly sickly seedlings, Marie Pavie works and generally has better seed production)

Devoniensis
Marbree
St Nicholas
Sunshine
Rosa Primula
Rosa Beggeriana

Maybe something out of whatever is new, not announced yet.

Protoavis, you will have to show us pictures of your babies that you get from seed. I love seeing what new roses develop from seed! Best of luck to you!

Lynnez - Here'a pic of Rouge Royale I took on Monday. I took it to our Little Rose Show which is part of my rose society's monthly meeting. We practice for the annual rose show by bringing blooms and having them judged. This is one of the best RRs I've ever had in two years.

Our ring of fire has become amazing. I never dreamed it would get as big as it has. It has now grown several large diameter canes thicker than a quarter at the base. Upwards of 5 feet tall. Then sprayed out to 10 and 11 buds. I'm hoping they bloom before the frost hits here. But the blooms are so big. Ours lately have been bigger than a softball. With a nice apple scented fragrance. I hope yours do as well as ours has.

I have a list that has two columns on each page. From top to bottom. And 3 pages long front and back. Over 175 Roses. That i have been brought to my attention from all you awesome members on here. And on Paul Zimmermans Facebook group. So far weve marked 7 off of that list. And have 4 planted. I've been working ridiculous hours lately. 7 days a week. For the last 2 months. Plus I do side work of electrical on top of it. So I havent got to get on ordering. The wife did order a few yesterday. That my daughter picked. She picked some very nice roses. Some that I wouldve have never heard of it wasnt for you guys. So I thank you for everyone that has commented on my thread. And helped along the way. You guys have created a rose lover in everyone of our famil members. So thank you. And look forward to seeing everyones pictures this coming spring.

A lot a lot alot of mildew babies, its funny how many are straight up duds. It's not that exciting yet, maybe in a couple generations when im using mostly my own roses and have weeded out some problem genes. eg Many of the Baby Faurax seedlings flowered (with tiny 1/8th of an inch blooms) but had significant (total coverage) powdery mildew issues. Likely poor root genetics, only 4 can be considered as thriving out of 250+ and only 2 of those have decent health.

Hmmm....that's not bad odds, considering professional breeders need hundreds of thousands (or something like that) of seedlings to get one marketable rose. Four isn't bad! Any pictures yet?
